Spacious Superior Double Room with a good view of the pool. The air conditioning was refreshing, and the shower was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fitness center and spa services too. Great place for relaxation and comfort.

I encountered numerous issues that left me quite frustrated. The internet was exasperatingly slow, despite having multiple access points available. The dining options were disappointingly limited, and the service in the restaurant could have been much quicker.

My room, the Beautiful Double Room, was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff, particularly Boniface, were accommodating and cute, always ready to assist with a smile. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise compared to other places I've stayed. The buffet options were diverse, catering to different tastes, even though I found the omelette lacking. On the downside, we encountered a significant issue with the hot water. It was annoying to deal with cold showers on our first night after a long journey. The dining service could also use some speed, as we found ourselves waiting longer than expected for our meals. The positives outweigh the negatives.
